Crime of the Week – Pet Roadrunner Ducks & Eggs stolen
In the early morning of Friday June 30th, 2017 unknown suspects removed 3 female and one male Road Runner Ducks along with 25 eggs in a nest from a location on Water Street in Wallaceburg.
Road Runner Ducks are a unique breed and the owner describes the adults as being brown and white, one was all grey and the other was white. The eggs were held in a single straw nest that was also taken. The ducks have great sentimental value to the owner and were raised as pets.
Crime Stoppers is seeking the location of the animals or information that identifies the persons responsible for the theft.
