Cougar Winter Workout Training Camp
In a strong group setting player will work on getting stronger, faster and moving more efficiently, while learning how to prevent injury, and re-fuel with proper nutrition.
These programs will help players develop functional strength, speed, and mobility designed for football scenarios.
- Recommended for grade 4 to grade 8+
- Classes are 2 hours 1 day a week (Sunday 11AM-12:30pm)
- March 24th, March 31st, and April 7th
- $40 (Approx. $10 a class/testing session)
