Learn how to harness the power of spice!
Lauren Weller, owner and founder of Well Baked Sustainable Foods, will take participants on a journey of taste, smell and flavour through the exploration of many common and some uncommon spices. Participants will be able to smell and taste the different spices both alone and in different dishes. Finally participants will be able to create their own spice blend (in a grinder) which they can then take home and enjoy.
Ticket includes workshop, light snacks, spice grinder to take home, and a glass of wine.
