Crime of the Week – stolen car parts
During the overnight hours of Sunday October 2nd, 2016 unknown suspects entered several vehicles parked at an auto dealership on Murray Street in Wallaceburg.
The suspects moved vehicles around the parking lot then entered and stole parts from each vehicle. An Ontario license plate AN12228 was removed from a truck, the electrical components and exhaust were damaged while the suspects attempted to dismantle them and a drive shaft for a 2016 Chevy Silverado was removed. The total cost of damages and parts stolen is approximately $2500.00.
