Crime of the Week – theft of tools
Break and enters involving the theft of tools continue across our community. Overnight on Monday October 4th, 2019 two locations in north Chatham-Kent were entered.
Two vans parked at a business on Arnold Street in Wallaceburg were entered and over $3,000 in tools were stolen. In Bothwell, a home under construction on Beech Street West was entered and over $10,000 in tools were taken.
Crime Stoppers is urging anyone that information that can identify who the persons are for these break and enters to please call 1800-222-8477 with anonymous information that can put an end to these thefts.
